We want you to love your Beachwaver tools and hair care; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original condition. Please note that certain items, including final sale products and specific hair accessories, may be ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated shipping carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
