COLDEST does not offer store credit or gift cards. COLDEST does not accept returns on items purchased outside of COLDEST.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order with the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of coldest.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items.
